If you’re an athlete, you know firsthand the effort it takes to participate in a sport. But even if you’re just trying to keep fit by working out as much as time allows, you’ve more than likely discovered that your good-faith efforts to remain healthy and active can sometimes result in injuries. The main causes are often forceful impacts, repetitive motion, over-training and failure to warm up throughly. Muscle, joint, ligament and tendon strains are common as are more serious injuries such as sprains or tears.
With years of training and experience, I can assist your body in recovering and repairing itself. The goal is pain relief and faster recovery and healing after an injury, but I can also help you prevent injuries from occurring in the first place.

The techniques I use in manually adjusting your spine are designed to ensure that the bones in your neck, back, shoulders, knees and ankles are properly aligned which reduces stress and strain on effected parts. This in turn allows your body to function better and be less susceptible to injury. Although used to treat discreet neck or back injuries, this hands-on therapy also relieves pain in the joints and muscles elsewhere in the body.
For patients who require an even gentler approach, spinal mobilization utilizes techniques and simple stretches to release pressure on joints.
I invite you to see how I can help you remain active and pain-free.
